Refund Policy

14-Day Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. Most items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable return-shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Graphic tees and graphic sweaters—all sales are final.

• Sale and clearance items—all sales are final.

Temple Dress Returns and Exchanges

Not in love with your temple dress? No problem. You may request a return or size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned temple dresses must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return label, typically $8–$10 depending on location.

For returns, the return-label cost will be deducted from the final refund. For exchanges, the return-label cost must be paid before the replacement dress is shipped.

Once the return label is issued, you will have 10 business days to ship the dress back to us. Items shipped after this period may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Need a different size? We’re happy to exchange your temple dress for another size, subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued and may be used toward a future temple dress purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items—“Make It Right” Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within three days of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional charge.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at info@shopzmci.com with your order number, the item you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. Please wait for approval before sending anything back.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
