14-Day Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. Most items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Graphic tees and graphic sweaters (all sales are final)
- Sale/clearance items (all sales are final)

Temple Dresses

Not in love with your temple dress? No problem — you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and tags are still attached.

Need a different size? We're happy to exchange for another size if it's in stock. If your size isn't available, store credit will be issued (valid toward temple dress purchases).

Damaged or Incorrect Items — "Make It Right" Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will replace it at no charge.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@shopzmci.com before sending anything back. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
