Product Information and Availability
We work hard to present our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, colors, materials, sizing guidance, and availability. However, slight differences in color, texture, fit, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, photography, fabric variation, manufacturing differences, or supplier updates.
Pricing and Payment:
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice. Shipping charges, taxes, and any applicable fees are calculated at checkout.We reserve the right to correct pricing, listing, or typographical errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If a pricing error affects your order, we may contact you with updated information or cancel the order and issue a refund. Payment must be received and authorized before an order is processed.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
After you place an order, you may receive an email confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, inaccurate billing or shipping information, inventory issues, or fulfillment limitations.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled portion of the order.
Shipping and Delivery
Our shipping and fulfillment practices are explained in more detail in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Because we operate on a small-batch and freshly crafted model, processing and delivery times may vary by product type. Current estimated timelines on our site state that many items ship within 10–14 business days total, including processing and transit.
Some items may ship separately because we source from different artisan and fulfillment partners. If your order ships in multiple packages, separate tracking numbers may be provided.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, supply interruptions, or factors outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and governs returns, exchanges, store credit, damaged items, and eligibility requirements.
As described in our current policy, boutique collection items may be eligible for store credit within 14 days if returned unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached, while certain graphic apparel items are exchange-only for defects due to their limited-run nature.
Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before purchase and for contacting us with questions if they are unsure about fit.
We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property

If you submit a review, testimonial, photo, comment, or other content to us, you grant ZMCI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable right to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content in connection with our business, marketing, and website operations.

We reserve the right to remove or decline user-submitted content at our discretion.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the site or purchases from ZMCI shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
