SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the United States only.

Cost

Orders $75 and over ship free.

Orders under $75 are charged the live USPS or UPS rate calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Processing

Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is on its way.

Delivery

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Mountain West addresses (Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona) typically arrive in 1 to 2 business days. Coast-to-coast addresses can take up to 3 business days, occasionally 4 in winter weather.

Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

Split shipments

Because we work with several small boutique and artisan partners, your order may arrive in more than one package. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Our small-batch model

ZMCI is built around small-batch, limited-release pieces. We do not stockpile inventory. Once a run sells out, it may not return. If you love a piece, secure your size early.
