Regular-Priced Items: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Sale Items: All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Exchanges: We are happy to offer size exchanges on regular-priced items, subject to availability. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

How to Start a Return: Email us at info@shopzmci.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit or refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.Not in love with your bag? No problem. You may request a return or size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned temple dresses must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return label, typically $8–$10 depending on location.

For returns, the return-label cost will be deducted from the final refund. For exchanges, the return-label cost must be paid before the replacement dress is shipped.

Once the return label is issued, you will have 10 business days to ship the dress back to us. Items shipped after this period may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
