Refund Policy - the basics
The "Fit First" Policy
We are a small, curated boutique, not a big box store. We want you to love your piece, but we also ask that you purchase intentionally to help us keep waste low.
1. Graphic Apparel (Freshly Printed)
Exchange Only for Defects: Since these items are crafted in limited runs we cannot offer returns for "change of mind" or size swaps.
Please measure twice: We provide detailed size charts on every item. If you are unsure, message us!
2. Limited Release (Boutique Collection)
14-Day Store Credit: For our boutique dresses and skirts, we happily offer Store Credit if the fit isn't perfect.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return label.
3. The "Make It Right" Guarantee
If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, tell us within 3 days of delivery. We will replace it immediately at no cost to you.
