    Not in love with your temple dress? No problem. You may request a return or size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Returned temple dresses must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

    All returned items must meet the following requirements:

    Items may not be worn or washed, or show signs of wear or damage.
    If the item came to you with tags, the original tags must be attached.
    All returns MUST be free of marks, makeup, perfumes, strong odors, deodorant stains, cigarette smoke, animal hair, etc.
    All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

    -Returns that are received damaged due to improper packaging will be returned to the customer at their expense.
    Please do not attempt to return merchandise if it does not meet the above criteria. Items that do not meet these criteria or are otherwise in unsellable condition may be sent back to the customer with no store credit or refund issued.

    **If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know via email (info@shopzmci.com) within 5 days of receiving the item. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage/defect.**

    Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, zmci can no longer be responsible. ZMCI will provide a return shipping label in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received.

    Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Customers are responsible for the cost of the return label, typically $8–$10 depending on location.

    For returns, the return-label cost will be deducted from the final refund. For exchanges, the return-label cost must be paid before the replacement dress is shipped.

    Once the return label is issued, you will have 10 business days to ship the dress back to us. Items shipped after this period may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
